On the confirmation transportation voucher you received via email, please locate in the “DEPARTURE INFORMATION” the field “Pickup time”. This time has been carefully scheduled, taking into consideration traffic and your departure time. With our prescheduled time, you will be at the airport 2 hours before your departure, as most airlines suggest. If you want to change this time, please call us at +525534350870 or chat with us.

We do not have representatives inside the terminal. On the way out of the building, you might find yourself being approached by numerous people claiming to be your transportation representative inside the terminal; this is a timeshare catch! We kindly ask you to avoid stopping with anyone inside the terminal. Remember that your driver is waiting for you outside with the sign you received in your confirmation!

The shuttle service was designed for travellers who want to experience the best service at the lowest cost by sharing the transportation with others arriving at a similar time. By a similar time, we mean not particularly on the same flight. This means we have to wait for other travellers to go through customs and meet outside, which can be anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes. There is no exact time frame.

Unfortunately, Los Cabos has some restrictions when it comes to last-minute services due to Taxi union regulations. If you arrive at SJD airport without a reservation, we are forced to deny you this service. The only available option in this case is to take a local taxi.

A confirmation voucher will be sent to your email, confirmations are not automatically generated by the system, we personally fill up every clients information, so even though your confirmation might take a little while to be sent, be sure your information is in the system and you will receive your voucher shortly!

Cabo San Lucas is the largest town in the municipality of Los Cabos. San Jose del Cabo is the next largest town. Los Cabos also includes tiny villages, the coast, hills, and mountains.
The towns of Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo are about 33 km (20 miles) apart. The Transpeninsular Highway, also known as Highway 1, is marked in kilometers, starting in downtown Cabo at KM 0.

SJD Airport is located in San Jose del Cabo, but the resorts and tourist scene in town are located 12 km (8 miles) away from the airport. Driving through town on Highway 1 takes about 25 - 35 minutes, depending on traffic. There is a toll road from the airport going directly to the San Jose del Cabo tourist corridor; by taking this option, the drive takes approximately 15 minutes. The rate for the PRIVATE airport transfer includes the cost of the toll road!

Because SJD Airport is located in San Jose del Cabo, Cabo San Lucas Downtown is approximately 50 km (31 miles) from the airport. Driving through San Jose del Cabo on Highway 1 takes about 50 - 60 minutes, depending on traffic. You can also take the toll road from the airport directly to Cabo San Lucas downtown. By taking this option, the drive takes approximately 35 minutes. The rate for the PRIVATE airport transfer also includes the cost of this toll road!

Regarding mobility in Los Cabos, it varies depending on the Los Cabos area in which your hotel is located. If you go for the convenience of staying in the Cabo San Lucas downtown area, you might find most of the attractions in town are within walking distance from your hotel. Places like Puerto Paraiso mall, Medano Beach, downtown bars or discos, and several popular restaurants are located in an area not bigger than 10 blocks square. 
If your hotel is anywhere in the corridor area, your options for going to either San Jose or Cabo San Lucas are public transportation (Ruta del Desierto bus) or a local taxi. If you decide on the beautiful and calmer town of San Jose del Cabo, you will enjoy the walk through the little main plaza and the souvenir shopping. The main square is only about a mile away from most of the resorts! If you have plans to go to a restaurant or activity, your best option is to plan with time and have a private chauffeur pick you up at your convenience, so you don’t stress about finding a Taxi after your activities.
