10. How can I located or identify your staff or the driver at the Airport?
    * We monitor and track your arriving flight. After you pass the luggage claim area and customs you will find time-share agents offering you hotel´s presentations and even transportation. You must know that non of them are insideloscabos representatives. Please avoid them and continue to the next automatic glass door, which depend on the terminal you arrived to. Use the door on the right and then right again on at Terminal 1 (American Airlines, Continental, US Airways, Mexicana, America West, Aero México, etc) and for the Terminal 3 just all the way out (Alaska Air, Frontier, United and Delta). There you will find our staff and/or your driver with your name displayed on the sign.


11. How can I make special amenity requests?
