10.-How can I located or identify your staff or the driver at the Airport?
We monitor and track your arriving flight. After you pass the luggage claim area and customs you will find time share agents offering you hotel presentations and even transportation. You must know that no of them are Inside Los Cabos representatives. Please avoid them and continue to the nest automatic glass door, which depend on the terminal you arrived to. Use the door on the right on at Terminal 1 (American Airlines, Continental, US Airways, Mexicana, America West, Aero México, etc) and the door on the left on the Terminal 3 (Alaska Air, Frontier, United and Delta). There you will find our staff and/or your driver with your name displayed on the sign.
11.-How can I make special amenity requests?
For an extra charge you can request any special item or idea for your pick up, such as cold beers, wine, flowers, and hat’s wherever that you have on mind!! Just please let us know on your reservation!
