The name Los Cabos means “The Capes” and is devided between two major towns: Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo (where the international airport is located).

Suburban can transport upon 5 passengers,
Vans, up to 10 passengers on airport transfer and a maximum of for 14 passengers for activities,
Motor coach 40 to 45 passengers.
The limousines capacity is 6 to 10 passengers (please note that limousines are available only by express request).
- Your company provides baby car seat?
Passengers safety is very important for us. We provide the baby car seat at no extra charge. Please don’t forget to add in your reservation this additional special request to avoid confusions and last minute changes.
- How can I located or identify your staff or the driver at the Airport?
Our drivers/staff always displays your name on a handheld sign. Once you’ve passed the automatic glass door, which depend on the terminal you arrived to. Use the door on the right and then right again on at Terminal 1 (American Airlines, Continental, US Airways, Virgin America, America West, Aero México, etc) and for the Terminal 3 just all the way out (Alaska Air, Frontier, United and Delta). There you will find our staff and/or your driver with your name displayed on the sign. We monitor and track your arriving flight, which means we will surely be there waiting for you. We would like to draw your attention to the time-share agents offering you hotel presentations and even transportation. They wait for passengers who pass the customs. None of them are insideloscabos representatives. Continue walking to the automatic glass doors to reach the driver and shuttle you booked with us.
- How can I make special amenity requests?
You can request any special item or idea for your pick up, such as cold beers, wine, flowers, wherever that you have on mind! Please remember to let us know on your reservation!
- Do you accept the payment for the transportation services upon arrival or the day of the service?
To ensure the availability in your service, you must complete your payment in advance.

- Should I tip the driver?
A gratuity offered directly to the driver is an option for you. We strive for the best service from all our drivers and while we don’t expect gratuities. Nevertheless if you feel we have done an exceptional service, your tip is much appreciated. Normally a tip is not more than 10 to 15% of the value of the service.
- How long do I have to wait at the airport?
Maximum waiting time is 5 minutes. Please avoid delays caused by talking with timeshare representatives as much as possible.
